03
Gold and Silver are soft metals and have a natural tendency to
bend or break; the company does
not guarantee against this and normal wear and
tear. Additionally, dirt, cotton, and dust particle accumulation
may lead to a minor reduction in weight during the exchange of the
product.
04
Any article used will reduce in weight due to normal wear and tear
compared to when it was bought. For any future transactions, the
exact weight of the article on the day it is presented
will be considered.
05
The weight of all types of Gemstones, Corals, Pearls, coloured
stones, and cubic zircones bear no resale value.
Consequently, their weights will be deducted when returning or
exchanging articles.
06
Due to technical limitations, the net weight mentioned on the tax
invoice may differ in Kundan, Polki, Uncut, Antique, Coral,
Pearls, precious, and semi-precious stone jewellery by
15% to 20%. In Mangalsutras, it may differ by
0.250 to 1.500 grams depending on the number of
black beads. The article will be purchased or exchanged only after
removing these elements, which do not bear any resale value.
07
Exchange of unaltered ornaments can be done within
7 days of purchase, strictly between
12:00 noon and 5:00 PM on operational days.
08
Hallmarked Gold and Silver Ornaments will be purchased at
5% less than the prevailing selling price of
gold/silver on the transaction day. KDM ornaments will be valued
at 15% to 20% less on purity.
09

at 75% of the purchase value, subject to the
inspection and condition of the jewellery.
10
Real Polki and Uncut Jewellery can be exchanged and returned at
70% of the purchase value if processed within
1 year of purchase, and at
60% or less after that period, depending on the
condition of the jewellery.
11
